The terrible rainy season is finally over!!!Even though I should be very very happy.But my flowers died *XP*.The weather is super hot during the day but cold in the night. I wonder why must the weather be so extreme.I'm glad that the floods near my house have subsided.I'm staying near MacRitchie reservoir you see.The floods at the nurseries near my house is shocking it even rose up to 1.5 m ,about my height.I 'm still taller.heehee XOXOXO!!O yea..BTW Happy New Year's Eve...(: and very soon it would be a welcome back to school greeting.haiz...i wish the hols were a bit longer...Most of it was taken up by band and frequent pratices.anyway i'm still looking forward to it.(:staying at home is boring.

Christmas Day
I went out with my brother to City Harvest Church with some of his friends.The service rocked especially the Christmas Drama event.It was cheoreograph quite uniquely and there were many jokes about different from the ususl thing you would always see at other churches.I made friends with 2 ppl today-Wen Qi and Sarah who is an ex-ij girl.WHOOHOO!!!!Go IJ!!!She was so entertaining ;is that the right word to use?hehe...The trip from Singapore Expo to Toa Payoh she talked non-stop .Relating about her life in IJ that she was a class-chair,prefect so on and so forth.She also talked about her life in CJC.Making it sound so fun ,a far cry from what i pictured it to be .I think she would be an extremely good promoter.After listening to what she said about CJC i felt so tempted to go there.But anyways,I am still a green horn in this subject I shall plans one step at a time. :DTHIS DEPENDS SOLELY ON MY RESULTS!!!Right now I am overloaded with too much grey matter hard copies.haha.....I have a lot alot ALOT of notes passed from my brother !!!He actually cleared his table of the half of the books and put them in the cupboard.I have to find my way through the pile of books he handed over to me.

I watched Curse of the Golden flower yesterday.It rocked !!!!=]My uncle treated both my brother and I to it.Romance ,betrayal ,bloodshed makes it a well-rounded plot. I would rate it as a DIE DIE MUST WATCH movie;besides the *censored* parts.hehe XDXD
I think that the movie is has a lot of sex appeal.....all the low cut *thing* the women wore revealing too much cleavage for the chikopeks to ogle at.-_-"other than that i think it is quite okay.Nonetheless,I think they would most likely win the academy award .
I think seeing Jay Chou act as a Prince Jai is quite an ironic thing.Like at the last part of the show he committed suicide in front of his mother-Gong Li. haha...seems weird to see him so emo.(no offense)

went to Junction 8 at9.40 pm yesterday nite.there was late night shopping with the storewide promotions.i tagged along with my brother and his friend.Daniel Ong and this unknown person was there they were holding an auction and giving out prizes.my brother wanted to grab some prezzies for his friends but he did not bring any money..-_-"I HAD TO LEND HIM ..and i actually thought i could borrow some from him...we walked home at 12.30.it was so dark and scary.my collabrium is just in front of my estate...
today i went to bishan library with my parents.Mum went up with me to Royal Sporting House with the intention of buying me my school shoe but they did not have my size
!!! so DAO MEI!!!
Later my brother came my mum bought him a pair of addidas sports shoes and i have to collect my pair of shoes on next Tuesday.-_-"

yay!the balcony is finally cleaned .These few days i kept wondering why Mum kept asking me whether i am going out .She did not go to work today.Then she told me to eat faster during lunch so that WE can finally clean the balcony.-_-"Thinking of all the past experiences of cleaning the balcony,i almost freaked out.When i was very young mum didn't allow me to clean the balcony.At that time i thought cleaning it was cool.You can splash all the water everywhere then sweep it away mist the sliding door and stuff.Then last year, it was my first time.Mum was very happy to let me do it after pleading her .Then put in my best foot forward hoping her to praise me after i had finished. I cleaned and polished every tile systematically.But after scrubbing half the tiles of the floor i got restless.I had no one to talk to even splashing water bored me.After finishing the entire job i slumped over the sofa and watched the telly .i finally experienced the painstaking job my mum did every year.i dreaded it .i will never ever ever ever ever VOLUNTEER myself.
haha.guess what i took all the fun jobs.Mum and I loosened the soil together.Just as i lifted up the money plant a newt jumped out. It scared the broad daylights out of me.I shrieked so loudly that the whole block must have heard it!I hate LIZARDS ,CROACROACHES and ALL THE CREEPY CRAWLIES! Just as i was recovering from my state of trauma .Something crept out of the pot of soil in front of me it was a stupid WORM. At least the worm isn't as big as the lizard.haha.it died quite a pitiful death anwayz.Mum stepped on it . -.-XX.......
After that went on to scrub the whole balcony by herself i pitied her.So i asked if she wanted me to help her .She did not want me to clean the balcony as my feet would get wet.Instead she asked me to help her fetch water.I thought it was easy at first coz mum did not like to waste water.So i thought that i did not need to fetch too much. In the end i fetched i full pail,12 full kettles and 4 full basins.-_-"Anyway it was much better that scrubbing. =P XOXO

The band concert is finally over.Following next year are the SYFs, IJ ToaPayoh's opening event and probably our Kuala Lumpur trip.I hope that the band would clinch the Gold award for SYF and the KL competition.I heard that only if we clinch the Gold award for SYF,we can compete in international competitions. Enough about this......
The concert went well yesterday.I think our band had improved dramatically ever since we joined our seniors after the EOYs .According to Mr Chan,he commented that the band had a few Silver and Gold moments.He hopes that we can push up our standards a level higher.GO BAND!!Anyone fnished their book review yet?Well i have not.haha.so many goings-ons how to finish.

agrh...i waited so long for this day to got to SMSS for rehearsals.But the teachers stopped me just because i had anULCER IN MY MOUTH.They think that it is one of the symptoms of Hand Foot and Mouth diesease.Apparently,Dawn and Grace are down with the diesease and the people who had contact with them might have also caught it. If the people had contact with her might had contacted it.Then why not Meishi who had close contact with Dawn.y she mei-shi 1.Mr Tang insisted that we must consult the doctor to see if we really had the virus.SO SUAY!My parents and grandma took leave to go Malaysia and they would only be back by evening.So I contact my aunt for her "parental knowledge".one stupid ulcer can cause so much havoc for me.As my aunt could not be contacted.I went to the Chiam Clinic with Eliza.It smelt of old people. :)Dr Chaim was exceptionally nice.He gave us quizzical look when we told about the issue.haha!He talked to us like a longtime friend.*He did not charge us for consultation.*:P i I would definetely recmmend him to all my friends.I have not practiced the cornet for 2 days and the concert is just the day after next!O God I pray that the whole band would sound good on that day.Please give me the wisdom to blow the cornet well.In Your Most Holy And Precious Name I Pray AMEN.

I'm back from band camp it wasn't all fun and play like the brownie camps i attended during my primary school days.For the first time i felt a little happy to go home after the camp.Let me give you a "chim" report of what happened.
First Day:
Eliza's mum drove Eliza and I to school .I felt stupid carrying so many things -my camping bag, cornet case, shoe bag and ice box.I looked as though i was going overseas for a month.We reached the band room at 7.30am.At 8am we prepared ourselves for the warm-ups.We practiced until 12noon then we had our buffet lunch.We continued our practice until 5pm.Then we ate bathed and watched The Chronicles Of Narnia until 10pm .Phoebe and i could not sleep.She could not sleep because the floor was too hard and she had indigestion.I could sleep but Shi Tian kept coughing and woke me up like 8 times.
Second Day:
I woke up at 5.30 and did not sleep since.We went to Toa Payoh Lorong 1 market for breakfast .I bought fish porridge with egg.It was AWESOME!After eating the porridge i became less hyper-active.haha.the seniors went over to SMSS-Saint Margaret's Secondary School for their combined band practice. We stayed behind for our individual practice.Most of the sections joined together and played as a group.Whereas Phoebe,Rachel,i and a few others practiced by ourselves.Then we saw Mr Jiow carrying a child.He came up to the band room by the lift and we mistook him for Mr Chan.So quickly pretended to play our instruments.We had a late lunch that day as the teachers had forgotten to cater food for the Sec 1s.After lunch,Mr Yeo came and conducted i regretted playing for so long just now because i had developed an ulcer and it hurt everytime i reached a high note.Practice was finally over,and many kiasu ppl quickly packed their instruments without even waiting for instructions to be made.
The BBQ
This was the best part of the camp.We had sausages,marinated BBQ chicken wings,corn,satay etc.all waiting to be barbecued. :P' the fire went quite well but all of a sudden because of a slight woosh...it went out.But our chef for the day Frany-my buddy managed to barbecue the meats nicely.
My new names
Firstly i just helped my section oil the meats then the other groups started approaching my section. In the end I started oiling running over 4 pits helping them to oil the meats.Then Phoebe shouted BUTTER GIRL! ·_·"That was my first name.
Secondly,after the BBQ i had a little get together with the trombone girls.Then Roslind came over and stared hard at me then she said that i looked like a counceller from Sec3 then she shouted abrutly -Freeda.
Third day
The last day of the band camp.We sort of practiced the whole day.My ulcer ached after the whole thing was over.The most hilarious thing my section did was to massage each other on the back whenever it was break time. It was started by Phoebe and I .We were both sitting together and were equally as tired lah.Then we started massaging each other.The others joined and soon the whole line of corneters were massaging each others' back. haha :P
Today
I woke up at 7.30.Considered quite late for an early bird like me.Then I went to check out the MAC Book and the SCV!!! Bought by my brother and my father respectively.For once i did not feel bored at home during the holidays.The whole morning was spent on watching cartoons and dramas,and updating my blog. (:
